Toddler critical after tractor incident

A toddler is in critical condition in a Brisbane hospital after falling under the wheel of a moving tractor.

The three-year-old boy sustained head injuries in the accident on private property at Glenmorgan, 400km west of Brisbane, according to Queensland Ambulance.

He was airlifted from the Darling Downs to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital after the accident on Monday morning.

The RACQ Life Flight Rescue says the boy's mother was by his side during the flight to Brisbane.
