Three charged over Qld stabbing murder

Three people allegedly involved in the stabbing murder of a 23-year-old man at a Brisbane industrial precinct have been arrested.

Police say Kieran Pye was found with multiple wounds in a vacant lot in Carole Park early on Thursday morning after a woman saw the suspected offenders flee the scene and raised the alarm.

Detective Inspector Lew Strohfeldt described the attack as "brutal and callous".

On Friday, police arrested and charged a 41-year-old Goodna man, a 36-year-old Bellbird Park woman and a 24-year-old Gailes man with one count each of murder.

All three are due to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on Saturday.
