Teens who boasted of crimes online charged

Three teenagers who used social media to boast about their Brisbane crime spree are facing more than 40 charges after members of the public dobbed them in.

Police say social media posts led them to a boy and a girl, both 15, and another boy aged 14. They are now facing more than 40 charges over a string of burglaries and thefts across Brisbane's north over the past month.

The teens face charges including stealing, unlawful use of motor vehicles and burglary among others.
