Taxi driver assaulted by four men

A taxi driver has been assaulted and robbed by a group of four men south of Brisbane.

Police say the men got into the taxi at Kingston on Saturday night and assaulted the driver before stealing his cash and running off.

The 30-year-old driver has minor facial injuries and police are now hunting four men of Pacific Islander appearance in their late teens or early 20s.
