Suspicious fire destroys Brisbane takeaway

A suspicious fire has destroyed a takeaway store and a neighbouring business in the Brisbane suburb of Moorooka.

The massive blaze destroyed Leo's Snack Bar and forced the closure of busy Ipswich Road for two hours at 9.30pm on Wednesday. No one was injured.

Police say initial investigations suggest the fire is suspicious and a crime scene has been established.
