Stolen car rammed into Qld police vehicle

A man has rammed a stolen car into a police vehicle in Brisbane, injuring an officer.

While waiting in traffic at Holland Park West on Saturday, police identified the station wagon in front of them as stolen, and an officer went to speak to the driver.

The man reversed into the police vehicle, and hit two other vehicles before driving off.

The officer driving the police car sustained minor neck and back injuries and was taken to hospital.

The station wagon hasn't been located and anyone who spots a black 2009 Volkswagon Tiguan with Queensland registration 792 MRE is urged to contact police.
