Man in custody following Qld police siege

A man, who was believed to be have holed-up inside a house north of Brisbane, has been taken into custody.

The 37-year-old was located nearby, say police who had surrounded a house on Samsonvale Road, Warner thinking he was inside.

There were reports the man had discharged a firearm in the lead-up to police being called to the area following a dispute at a nearby service station.
