Severely injured man found in Qld car park

A man is fighting for his life after being found in a far north Queensland car park with severe and suspicious head injuries.

The man, 35, was found in the car park of the Skills360 Australia adult education centre in the Cairns suburb of Manunda about 7am on Friday.

He was taken to Cairns Hospital in a critical condition.

A crime scene has been set up and investigations are underway to determine how the man sustained the injuries.
