Seven in Qld court over bodies-in-box

Seven people charged with murdering Logan pair Cory Breton and Iuliana Triscaru - known as the bodies-in-the-box case - are expected to return to court on Friday.

Tepuna Tupuna Mariri, Webbstar Latu, Stou Daniels, Davy Malu Junior Taiao, Ngatokoona Mareiti, Tuhirangi-Thomas Tahiata and Trent Michael Thrupp are listed for mentions in the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

Breton, 28, and Triscaru, 31, were last seen on January 24.

Their bodies were found in a locked metal box that was dragged out of Kingston dam on February 11 and on the same day six people were charged with their murders.

Six days later, Mariri became the seventh person charged over their deaths.
