Second teenager charged in Queensland hospital attack

A second teenager has been charged after several nurses were assaulted in a Brisbane hospital ward.

It's alleged a female nurse was punched in the arm and kicked in the back of the head, while two male nurses suffered minor injuries. A security officer also sustained a fractured elbow in the attack at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

Police have charged an 18-year-old man over the incident after earlier laying assault charges against a 16-year-old boy.
