Volunteers camp out to find missing hiker
AAP
A group of experienced bushwalkers are camping out in the latest bid to find a hiker who has gone missing in southeast Queensland's Lamington National Park.
The search-and-rescue operation has been going since Sunday morning after the lost 58-year-old contacted police and was told to stay in his location.
The bushwalkers offered their assistance on Wednesday when a fourth day of searching by police and State Emergency Service crews proved fruitless.
