Search for missing man enters third day

Fears are growing for a man missing for three days in crocodile-infested waters in far north Queensland.

The 33-year-old failed to return from a spear fishing trip off Portland Roads in Cape York on Thursday.

An extensive air, land and sea search that was launched on Friday has been hampered by bad weather, police say.

On Sunday helicopters were scouring the area for any sign of him as fears grow that he's been taken by a crocodile.
