Queensland youth faces dozens of charges

A 14-year-old boy is facing nearly 50 charges over a string of property crimes in Cairns over the past month.
The teenager has been charged with 47 offences, including 23 counts of burglary and 10 counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
It's alleged the boy, who will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act, committed the crimes between October 27 and November 13.
