Queensland Police made an arrest every three hours in Mount Isa over the last nine days.
Since August 26, 83 people have been charged with 163 offences during Operation Whiskey Legion.
"The obvious benefit is just the sheer increase in numbers and police presence," Queensland Police Superintendent Tom Armitt said.

Specialist officers from Highway Patrol, Crime and Intelligence Command, and the Dog Squad joined local police to conduct 104 proactive patrols.

Police found a gun in the man's pockets, confiscating it and emptying its bullets.
In another incident, officers chased down a man in broad daylight after the offender abandoned his vehicle in the middle of the street.

The man was seen doubling back towards his car before being seized by police.
In total, 66 adults were charged with 104 offences and 17 teenagers were charged with 59 offences.
That adds to the 3200 people arrested across Queensland since Whiskey Legion launched in April.
"There's been a whole heap of proactive work being done, not just here in Mount Isa but in Doomagee, Normanton and Mornington Island, just increasing that police presence," Armitt said.
