Memorial service for mother and children killed in crash
The Hervey Bay community is tonight remembering a mother and her four children, killed in a crash at Kumbia near Kingaroy.
More than 150 people are attending the memorial service for Charmaine Harris McLeod and her children at the Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre.
Some of Ms McLeod’s family have come dressed as angels, while many children are dressed as superheroes. Disney songs were played before the service began.

Ms McLeod, 35, and her children Aaleyn, 6, Matilda, 5, Wyatt, 4, and Zaidok, 2, died when their car collided with a truck on the Bunya Highway.
The exact circumstances of the crash have not yet been revealed.
