Qld woman found dead in Mackay unit

Detectives are interviewing the housemates of a woman whose body was found in a Mackay unit.

Officers were called to the property on Sophia Street in the city's south just before 7am on Monday and are speaking with a number of people, including the dead woman's housemates.

"Police are currently at the address conducting enquiries," a police spokeswoman said.
