Qld treasurer concerned about budget leaks

Queensland Treasurer Curtis Pitt is concerned parts of his budget were leaked to the opposition.

Mr Pitt says the Liberal National Party clearly "ripped off" Labor's innovation and social benefit bond policies, which the opposition released the week before the budget.

"There are very serious rules about the ability to keep public information handled in an appropriate matter," he warned. "I have nothing more to say about it than that, I'm not going to be pursuing this with any vigour, that's the style of the previous government - we're going to get on and be the government."
