A two-year-old Queensland girl has been airlifted to hospital after an accident involving a horse north of the Sunshine Coast.
The RACQ CareFlight helicopter was called to a property outside of Gympie on Monday morning where the toddler had been struck by the animal.
She suffered a suspected head injury but an RACQ CareFlight spokeswoman said it remained unclear if the girl had been kicked by the horse.
