Qld still burns but no threat to homes
AAP
Queensland remains on high alert as more than 20 blazes continue to burn across the state.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services say no homes are currently under threat from the fires, most of which are located along the eastern side of the Great Dividing Range between Brisbane and Townsville.
High temperatures across the state on Wednesday are continuing to fuel the fires, with little rain expected south of Cairns.
