Qld premier rejects confidence report
AAP
Queensland's premier says she "respectfully disagrees" with a new report that points the finger at her government for sending business confidence in the state to a six-year low.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland's Pulse Survey of Business Conditions shows business confidence in the March quarter fell to 37.7 index points, well below the 50-point level that indicates improvement.
"That report also mentioned that we've been in drought conditions ... and there has been a decline in royalties," Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said.
