Qld man stabbed in foot

A Queensland man has been charged with grievous bodily harm after he allegedly stabbed a man in the foot at a Brisbane park.

Police were called to reports of a fight between two men, aged 35 and 45, at Victoria Park just before 10pm on Friday and arrived to find the younger man with a deep laceration to his foot.

The older man will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday after officers took him into custody and seized a knife from the scene.
