Qld man faces court over striking death

A central Queensland man has faced court over a fight that left a man with fatal injuries.

Thomas Charles Kenyon, 52, has been charged with unlawful striking causing death after allegedly being involved in an altercation with 65-year-old man at a Gin Gin house last month.

Kenyon faced the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Wednesday, nearly two weeks after the man died in hospital from injuries sustained in the fight, and he'll reappear in court via videolink on December 8.
