Qld man dead after hitting parked truck

A 22-year-old man has died after smashing his car into a parked semi-trailer west of Brisbane.

Police said the man was driving on the Warrego Highway in Adare in the early hours of Friday when he crashed into the back of a semi-trailer parked at a truck stop.

He died at the scene.
