Qld man charged over sex attack on woman

A man has been charged with raping a woman in the bathroom of a restaurant in Townsville.
The woman was allegedly assaulted in the Rasmussen eatery about 4.45pm on Sunday. She suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Following a public appeal, a 22-year-old Kelso man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon and charged with 10 offences, including five counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault. He is due to appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
