Qld man charged over 'child porn stash'
A Queensland man has been charged with child exploitation offences by the state's corruption watchdog.
The 34-year-old's home at Greenslopes, in Brisbane's south, was raided on Thursday and Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) officers and police seized computer and electronic storage equipment.
"The CCC will allege the man was in possession of child exploitation material and was using peer-to-peer computer software to access child exploitation material, including image and movie files," the crime-fighting body said in a statement.
The 34-year-old is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on April 21 to face three charges, including the possession of child exploitation material and using a carriage service to access child pornography material.
The CCC indicated its investigation was ongoing.
