Qld man arrested after police stand-off

A man has been arrested after a brief stand-off with police at a Gold Coast unit block.
Multiple crews were called to Harris Street at Labrador at 8.30am on Tuesday before the man surrendered about an hour later, police say.
They believe the incident was domestic violence related.
