Qld opp queries case for new lockout laws
AAP
Queensland's opposition will back stricter lockout laws if Labor can prove the previous government's alcohol plan isn't working.
Three crossbench MPs have indicated they will vote against the reforms but Opposition Leader Lawrence Springborg is prepared to consider them.
"We will change our position on this when the government can prove to us by evidence that our laws aren't working," he said.
