Qld girl has head injury after horse fall

A teenage girl has a head injury after falling off a horse in southeast Queensland.
The 13-year-old fell off the horse at Tamborine Mountain, in the Gold Coast hinterland, on Friday afternoon.
The Queensland Ambulance Service says the girl has a head injury.

She's being flown to Lady Cilento Hospital in Brisbane by helicopter.
