Qld driver rams police car

An apparent car thief has rammed a police car south of Brisbane.

Police spotted the man driving a car, believed to be stolen, in Logan early on Tuesday morning.

He was intercepted on Chambers Flat Road where he allegedly rammed the police car.

The driver was taken to hospital for a precautionary check and is now in custody.

No one else was hurt and no charges have yet been laid.
