Qld driver caught six times over the limit

A 26-year-old Queensland man has been caught allegedly driving with a blood alcohol reading of more than six times the legal limit.

The man was stopped by police driving out of a car park in Kallangur, 30km north of Brisbane, on Saturday afternoon, after reports of a possibly drunk man looking into cars.

Police say he returned a reading of 0.324 and was issued with a notice to appear in the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court on August 17 for driving under the influence.
