AAP
Two Queensland detectives accused of stopping uniformed officers from breath testing a driver on the Sunshine Coast have been charged by the state's corruption watchdog.
A 48-year-old female and a 41-year-old male allegedly intervened in a traffic interception at Mooloolaba in July 2016 and were charged with misconduct in public office on Thursday, following an investigation by the Crime and Corruption Commission.
The pair are due to front Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 20.
