Weapons linked to Qld murder case found

Weapons police believe were used in the murder of Gold Coast man Greg Dufty have been located, a Queensland court has heard.

Prosecutors confirmed weapons had been discovered during a mention at Southport Magistrates Court on Thursday for Mr Dufty's alleged killers, Lionel Patea, Aaron Crawford and Liam Bliss.

The news comes a day after police concluded a two-day search of a property outside Casino in northern NSW, where it was believed Mr Dufty's body had been dumped.

The search at a 162ha bushland property off Busbys Flat Rd in Wyan began after a fourth man implicated in the crime faced court on Monday.

Clinton Stockman, 28, was granted bail after appearing in Southport Magistrates Court facing one count of being an accessory to murder.

It's alleged Stockman helped dispose of Mr Dufty's body.

The 37-year-old itinerant pool builder was last seen on the Gold Coast in July.

Police believe he was beaten to death by men over a drug debt.

Detective Inspector Dave Hutchinson said on Wednesday it was believed Mr Dufty's body had been burnt over "a period of time" following his death.

Several "items of interest" found in the search have been sent for forensic examination.

Patea, Crawford and Bliss's matters have been adjourned until April 7.
