Death of man found in coal not suspicious

Police are no longer investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a load of coal on a train at the Port of Brisbane.
The man's body was found on Wednesday when workers were unloading about 50 tonnes of a coal from a wagon which was part of a train that had from the Cameby Downs mine near Chinchilla, about 300km northwest of Brisbane.
Initially police were looking at whether the death was the result of misadventure.

But it's no longer being considered suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
