A woman has been charged with multiple theft and fraud-related charges after allegedly stealing funds from a Queensland horse charity.

The 36-year-old woman stole from the charity and used social media to intimidate and harass another charity worker and witness, police allege.

It's also alleged that she falsified minutes from a 2012 meeting of the charity.

A 55-year-old woman was also charged with intimidating volunteers on social media and both women are due to face Ipswich Magistrates Court on March 24.

Rural police squads raided a number of properties in southeast Queensland in June 2016 in relation to the investigation.

The charity receives donations from across Australia and internationally.
