Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and her ministers will move their weekly cabinet meeting to north Brisbane to specifically focus on the area.

A community cabinet, where members of the public were able to directly question ministers, was held in Dakabin on Sunday.

The focus on the region will continue on Monday when the ministerial team, which usually meets in the government's executive building in the CBD, will gather in the area.

It's likely more projects for Brisbane's north will be announced on Monday after the government revealed on Sunday it would commission a rail options plan to improve Dakabin train station.

It also announced $340,000 for a new State Emergency Services headquarters to be built in Murrumba Downs.

The community cabinet on Sunday was dominated by irate taxi drivers, who were demanding the government crack down on ridesharing service Uber, which is yet to be legalised in the state.
