Qld bomb hoaxer granted bail
AAP
A man accused of making a fake bomb as part of a hoax that sent parts of inner Brisbane into lockdown has been granted bail.
Nicholas Aaron Roccisano, 29, was charged in January after he and a friend allegedly left a device with wires and batteries inside a public toilet at Captain Burke Park at Kangaroo Point before bursting into a jazz club shouting "there's a bomb inside the toilet".
In granting him bail, Supreme Court Justice Jean Dalton said Roccisano was unlikely to be a flight risk.
