Qld A-G accuses Bleijie of handbook breach

Queensland Attorney-General Yvette D'Ath has accused her predecessor, Jarrod Bleijie, of breaching the state's ministerial handbook.

Ms D'Ath said Mr Bleijie, who was criticised during his time in government for releasing sensitive information, should never have tabled Crown Law advice recently to a parliamentary committee.

"But what more can we expect from the former Attorney-General who took so little heed of proper process and maintaining confidences during his time as the State's first law officer?" Ms D'Ath asked parliament.
