Put Qld first Malcolm: Palaszczuk

Queensland's premier has called on Malcolm Turnbull to put her state first and help create desperately needed jobs in the north.

Annastacia Palaszczuk says federal infrastructure funding is critical and there's a huge amount on the table that would create jobs and infrastructure across northern parts of the state.

"My message to Malcolm Turnbull is very clear, `I'm putting Queensland first and I want you to put Queensland first,'" she said in Mount Isa on Tuesday.
