Qld man arrested after fatal stabbing

A man has turned himself in after the fatal stabbing of another man in central Queensland.
Police say 42-year-old Jason Errol Gerhardt left a property at Coonarr, southeast of Bundaberg, shortly after a 44-year-old man was attacked early on Saturday.
He was arrested at Logan Police Station, south of Brisbane, on Monday morning but has yet to be charged.
