North Qld bush murder jury retires

A Cairns Supreme Court jury has retired to consider the fate of a man accused of murdering an acquaintance in far north Queensland bushland.
William Darcy Reid, 22, is accused of killing Travis Davis, the month before the 28-year-old's badly decomposed body was found at a remote Mona Mona campsite in 2013.
His former girlfriend, Austasia Kapteyn, has been jailed for being an accessory after the fact.
