Mount Isa cut off by flash flooding

The outback Queensland city of Mount Isa has been cut in two by floodwaters following heavy rainfall.
More than 100mm has fallen over the city since Thursday afternoon and one car was swept off a causeway.
Senior Sergeant Jeff Magnus told ABC radio motorists should stay at home, saying "if it's flooded, forget".
