Queensland man charged with abducting and torturing man found clinging to life in bushland
A man has been charged over the alleged abduction and torture of another man found clinging to life in bushland north of Brisbane.
The 47-year-old victim was found near a van at Morayfield in the Moreton Bay Region on June 19.
The man was unconscious when he was found and sustained severe brain injuries in the alleged attack, which police believe took place three days earlier.

Earlier this month, Queensland Police launched an appeal to anyone who saw the black Mercedes Benz van entering bushland off Morayfield Road to contact authorities.
A Morayfield man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with 17 offences including assault, deprivation of liberty, torture, supplying dangerous drugs and trafficking dangerous drugs.
He is expected to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on January 13.
