Missing Woodridge boy found safe and well

A nine-year-old boy who was reported missing south of Brisbane has been found.

Police believe the boy did not wish to go home after school yesterday and was last seen entering Wagawn Park in Woodridge about 3.30pm.

Queensland Police this afternoon confirmed the boy had been found safe and well.

Police thanked the public for their assistance.
