Man to stand trial for ex's Qld murder

A man has been ordered to stand trial for allegedly murdering his former partner in central Queensland.
Shandee Blackburn, 23, was stabbed multiple times and left to die as she walked home from work in Mackay in 2013.
After a five-day committal hearing at Mackay Magistrates Court, John Peros, 34, was on Thursday ordered to stand trial on a date yet to be fixed.
