Man stabbed with broken bottle in Qld

Two men have been charged with stabbing a man with a broken bottle during a fight in Port Douglas.
The 49-year-old victim suffered a stab wound to the chest and severe bruising and facial injuries during the attack on Friday night. He was airlifted to Cairns Base Hospital.
A 32-year-old Mareeba man and a 32-year-old Newell man will appear in Mossman Magistrates court on July 11 on charges of wounding and assault occasioning bodily harm.
