Man stabbed south of Brisbane

A 24-year-old Queensland woman has been charged after an early morning stabbing south of Brisbane.

Police were called to a fight at a property on Station Road, Loganlea, about 4.30am on Sunday.

A 33-year-old man had been stabbed in the chest and arm during the incident and was taken to Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical but stable condition.

The woman is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Monday, where she will face one count of unlawful wounding.
