Man stabbed in Qld road rage: report

A man has reportedly been stabbed after an apparent road rage incident on the northern Gold Coast.

Police have confirmed they are on the scene of a two vehicle accident on the intersection of Days and Old Coach Roads in Upper Coomera.

A police spokeswoman told AAP one person had been injured but couldn't confirm reports of a stabbing.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman told AAP they had been called to the scene at approximately 2.40pm.

He said one man was in custody while the injured man has gone to a GP for treatment.
