Man stabbed in Qld domestic dispute

A man has been stabbed in the chest during a domestic incident on Palm Island north of Townsville.

A woman, 40, has been charged with grievous bodily harm and contravening a domestic violence order after the 55-year-old was attacked about 2am on Sunday.

The man is being treated in the Townsville hospital and the woman will appear in the Townsville Magistrates Court on Monday.
