A man will appear in a Brisbane court accused of repeatedly stabbing another man during a fight.

The victim, 36, was stabbed in the back, hand and elbow during the fight at a home at Mount Gravatt East early on Sunday.

His injuries are not life threatening and his accused attacker, 41, will face the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday charged with acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm. Police say the pair knew each other.
