A man arrested after a raid on an alleged bikie-linked weapons factory north of Brisbane has been remanded in custody.

Alleged Rebels associate Karl Michael Morrison, 33, faced the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with 12 weapons-related offences and five counts of importing goods without approval.

Police say they uncovered an Uzi sub-machine gun, five other firearms, weapon parts and drugs during a raid on a Clear Mountain property on Monday.

The joint investigation by police and the Australian Border Force also uncovered weapons parts and suspect weapons thought to have been manufactured and assembled at the residence.

Morrison was remanded in custody and is expected to apply for bail on Thursday.

A second 33-year-old man was arrested on a return to prison warrant and charged with possessing ice and cannabis and obstructing police.
